Beth is a partner with the law firm of Day Pitney, LLP and in the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use Business Unit. Her practice encompasses on all types of environmental law, including regulatory compliance, transactional and litigation matters. She is also actively involved with the firm’s Energy and Utility Law Business Unit, working extensively on the environmental compliance and land use aspects of energy projects, energy project development (including on brownfields), and energy operations (including permitting), ranging from nuclear to transmission to renewables to green buildings. Geographically, her practice is national in scope, with a particular focus on the Northeast region of the United States. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the New England Council, the Energy and Environment Council of the Connecticut Business and Industry Association (CBIA), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is a graduate of Tufts University and the University of Connecticut School of Law. Beth is resident in Day Pitney’s Hartford, Connecticut office.
