Joey Lee is a Partner in the Environmental and Utilities Practice Group of Robinson & Cole, LLP. Her practice focuses on energy, telecommunications, and water matters, including litigation, transactional and regulatory representation, and counseling. Ms. Miranda is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Washington DC. Ms. Miranda is currently a member and past chair of the Public Utility Law and Environmental Law Sections of the Connecticut Bar Association. Ms. Miranda is the President of the Connecticut Power & Energy Society (CPES) and serves on the planning committee for the CPES/Northeast Energy and Commerce Association Annual Energy Conference. Ms. Miranda also regularly publishes and presents on matters of interest to the energy industry, and she edited the book Capturing the Power of Electric Restructuring.
