Katy is an associate in the Environmental Section of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. practicing in the Boston office. She is also a member of the Firm’s Energy and Clean Technology Practice Group. Katy’s practice includes representing clients in environmental litigation in state and federal court; advising clients on regulatory compliance with state and federal environmental laws and regulations; and advising potential purchasers and lessees on environmental issues in real estate transactions. Katy is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and received her B.A. from Trinity College and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law. She has authored a number of articles on topics such as Clean Water Act jurisdiction and regulation of waste-to-energy projects in Massachusetts. Katy is a member of the Boston Bar Association’s Environmental Section, a member of Young Professionals in Energy’s (YPE) Leadership Committee, and a member of the Women’s Bar Association’s Legislative Policy Committee.
