Pauliina is a Senior Fellow at Boston University’s Institute for Sustainable Energy, facilitating research into financing challenges faced by clean energy technologies. This leverages her passion for clean tech and expertise in finance to bring more capital to renewable energy. She connects capital providers to investment opportunities as an independent consultant, and also serves as a mentor to clean tech start-ups and volunteers for a municipal energy advisory committee.
Previously, Pauliina had a long career with State Street Corporation where she held numerous leadership positions in the bank’s structured products business.
Pauliina is a graduate of Brandeis University and MIT’s Sloan School of Management. She is a fellow of the Emerging Leaders Program at UMass Boston and a CFA charter holder. Pauliina lives on Boston’s north shore and enjoys photography, baking, knitting & crochet and gardening.
